Client Success Analyst (remote from PT, IT or GR)

We are looking for a proactive, mid-level Client Success Analyst to lead the implementation and adoption of our data-driven SaaS platform. You will be the primary "face of the company" for a strategic client with operations across Portugal, Italy, and Greece.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between data insights and business value. While we have a dedicated data team managing the backend (Datalake, SQL, MongoDB), you will focus on the front-end: configuring modules, adapting dashboards, and ensuring the client’s teams are fully trained and engaged.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

In practical terms you will lead the implementation and adoption of the client's data-driven SaaS platform. You will be the primary "face of the company" for a strategic client with operations across Portugal, Italy, and Greece.


The ideal candidate bridges the gap between data insights and business value. While we have a dedicated data team managing the backend (Datalake, SQL, MongoDB), you will focus on the front-end: configuring modules, adapting dashboards, and ensuring the client’s teams are fully trained and engaged.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the digital onboarding process for new client units, ensuring all SaaS modules are configured correctly according to specific business needs.
  • Client Interface: Act as the main point of contact for the client, managing relationships and translating technical platform capabilities into business solutions.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure high platform adoption and proficiency.
  • Dashboard Management: Adapt and refine existing dashboards (transitioning from Power BI to E-charts) to meet specific client unit requirements.
  • Usage Monitoring: Track platform engagement metrics and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Support & Resolution: Act as a bridge between the client and the internal technical team to resolve requests and ensure project viability.

We are looking for someone who can "hold the room" during a meeting, and doesn't need constant supervision to move a project forward. If you are a data-savvy communicator who loves solving problems and driving client value, we want to hear from you.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Languages: Fluency in English AND native/near-native proficiency in at least one of the following: Portuguese, Italian, or Greek.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Client Success, Software Implementation, or Data Analysis with a strong client-facing component.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel for data refinement.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (ability to manipulate and explain dashboards; deep architecture/DAX is a plus but not required). Working knowledge of e-charts would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, initiative, and "consultative" communication style. You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • AI Interest: A passion for AI-driven productivity (experience using Claude or similar LLMs for performance optimization is highly valued).

Workplace: This position is fully remote. You may occasionally be invited or requested to visit Client or FCamara sites in Portugal/Italy/Greece on an eventual, pre-planned basis. Regular office visits are not anticipated.


Project Term: This position is part of a long-term project.


Languages: In this role, work with both the FCamara team and the client will be conducted in English. As this will be your primary working language, it is a requirement that you are professionally proficient in this language.


Contract Model: We offer flexibility in the contract model. Our recruitment team will provide all details regarding contract type, remuneration, and benefits, tailored to your location and professional situation.


Nationality, Residency and Visa: We welcome professionals of any nationality, provided they are fluent in the required language and reside lawfully in the accepted region. Please note that this position does not include any visa sponsorship or arrangements by FCamara.
